Higher dimension

Let's say a higher dimension is low 1-C but it is not spatial or temporal. If you affect it then you would have low 1-C ap but what if you just affect the universe in it or any other thing? Would any thing in a higher dimension be low 1-C because if higher dimension being can destroy lower dimension with anything they can do, then if those things in higher dimension aren't automatically destroyed by their mere presence they would scale no?

As long as the things inside the Low 1-C Higher Dimension also have the properties of what makes the dimension Low 1-C in the first place, then affecting it, or anything side of it significantly would still be Low 1-C.

I see. Thank you. It is called higher dimension stated that countless people can easily destroy the lower dimension and to access lower dimension you need to send the projection. I don't think any rock would be low 1-C based on that, right? Tho it is stated that there are no stars void or the concept of the universe such as the one from our world, so maybe you can go somewhere from there?

Yeah, rocks would still be rocks. Concept/Void stuff doesn't really mean anything without proper context.
