There is absolutely NOTHING concrete here, he is yes an seemingly embodiment of email spam but that does not actually say anything about his physiology. Remember other Darkners are also embodiments of different aspects such as King and Lancer being game cards but they lack it. Only Queen who is an actual computer and robot should have the ability.

We don't know if he is an actual puppet, he just looks like one. Next thing you know we will give Papyrus Immortality Type 7 with this shit argument.

• Text Manipulation (Can project text and dollar signs to attack)

How is this any of these?

• The materialization of words or symbols - such as the burning of anything after writing of the word "fire". The most obvious example can be magical runes.
• The materialization of the characters - the revival in the real world heroes to write a novel or foreign works.
• The materialization of the event - the ability to translate into reality the events recorded in text form.
• History changing - rewriting of the events occurred in the past for a specific person or for the whole world. In some cases, these changes may lead to changes in real time or even affect the future.
• Create/modify the reality in the writing of books - translated into the reality of all the events recorded in the book (while accompanied by the creation of the new world), or the manipulation of the characters and events of the real world, comparable with that as a regular writer can manipulate the characters of his novel.

This is just another aspect of Spamtons Danmaku and Magic.

• Information Manipulation (Passively and randomly changes the price of items he sells)

That is now Information Manipulation, Spamton is not changing the very value of something he is just saying it costs more or less since he is the one selling. This is not even ability its a normal thing everyone can do.

"These characters can manipulate information as the medium of knowledge as opposed to just manipulating what a specific person knows" This is NOT what Spamton is doing. Remove it.

• Limited Multiple Selves (Type 1; While he is normally only one individual, he occasionally gets his behavior overtaken by an unknown third party)

A slight problem, this isnt an actual ability. Its him being crazy. Nor does it fit our standarts

This would give every single character resistance to cold since its not stated that they have weakness to ice.

Spamton should get resistance to conceptual manipulation too I guess, since he lacks the explicit weakness to it. Lol. Remove it unless he has other feats

• Breaking the Fourth Wall (Implied to be aware of being a character in a videogame, showcased from him knowing of the Player's control over Kris, describing both himself and Kris as without "freedom" and comparing this to being under "chains"/"strings" multiple times, or also from interrupting the narration)

This should probably be limited since he does not know or learn this on his own and it is very much said that the reason he knows all of this stuff is because of his "helper" from across the "phone" (ITS GASTER HOLY FUUU)

Genuine lmaoing here. Making a downgrade on my favorite character only because I downgraded Sans is both petty and sad. However I'll entertain this just because.

A disclaimer I'll make here is that I didn't work on Spamton's profile, only thing I added was 4th wall stuff. I do agree that his profile does need scans, and that what we have on the Wiki is a pretty lazy work.

A second disclaimer is that I'll be very, very busy in this week, so my answers will be pretty limited.

This is the 1st spite argument. Every Dark World is the counterparts of rooms in the Light World, as well as Darkners with objects. We see that everything in the Cyber World is based on electronics/informatics due to it being the counterpart of a Computer Lab, hence why we have Queen, a computer, Sweet Cap'n Cakes being speakers, Tasque Manager being, ya know, the Task Manager, this guy being a pointer, and Swatchlings being color pallettes for art programs.

There's literally nothing pointing at Spamton being any kind of organic stuff whatsoever, nothing even says that he's made of flesh or something like that, hence why him being a puppet is more literal than you think, given he says that twice.

Him being a literal scam mail is also confirmed from the sweepstakes, where he scams Noelle and fills her game with Pipis, and he even acknowledges so.

TLDR: Everything points at Spamton being made of literal, physical data, like Porygon from Pokémon or pretty much every Digimon.

He isn't saying anything though? He is just standing there, and he only speaks about how good his deals are, he's not saying anything about the prices.

It's clearly implied to be something supernatural going on here as the background is also warping similairly and he's supposed to be corrupted data. So no.

2nd spite argument. The first part of the "rebuttal" is pretty much ignoring that every DR character does have it (which makes me lead more that it's indeed made out of spite and only focused on Spamton, as otherwise you'd have known):

The upgrade CRT if you wonder. The whole argument is Berdly, despite being explicitly weak to ice damage, is only tired by IceShock, a move that instantly freezes fodder, with Noelle being explicitly stated to be stronger each time you freeze ones. And don't pull the "but Spamton was killed by Noelle!", as that was already refuted in the CRT I linked.

3rd spite argument. Not learning on its own doesn't mean anything as long as he ultimately has such, it's like saying that Monika should have "limited" to all her abilities because these were granted by the MES, or Saitama should have "limited" to his Time Travel-related abilities because he had to learn it by Garou.

I'm not super dedicated to it, but the "fourth wall breaking" in DR stems from being told that certain things are game-like rather than that individual actually seeing their reality as fictional. Jevil and Spamton were both told/driven mad by someone (cough Gaster cough) telling them stuff about the world, they didn't figure it out by themselves using their own power. And then Kris is possessed by the player, who is a physical entity within the world/story. They don't know that they are being possessed by the player specifically, just an entity that can control them.

I think the individual that did these things to them could get 4thWB, but not those who were driven mad by them
