The Spam Virus epidemic has seemingly died out in recent months. Hell, some pages have even recovered from the Terminal Stage, like Stanley S. Squarepants and even goddamn Tails Doll Composite, something I didn't think possible.

It may have stopped spreading, but several pages are still infected by it, particularly in the categories section.

Nope, only things to reach Stage 4 are the Colossal Thread and the Ultimate Colossal Thread. Your's is at most Stage 3.
