This should be in Fun and Games but anyways, Master Chief takes Attack Potency, Boba Fett takes Speed, Doomguy takes Lifting Strength, Boba Fett takes Striking Strength, Master Chief takes Durability, Doomguy takes Stamina, Commander Shepherd takes Range, Master Chief takes Intelligence, and Boba Fett has no Weaknesses. Overall, Master Chief should come out on top via being tough enough to take everything that the faster and physically stronger Boba Fett can throw at him and having a more dangerous arsenal along with being tactically smarter. Doomguy comes in third place due to his impressive physicality and stamina but he can't beat the other two. Commander Shepherd is doomed. (No pun intended)

Which version of which characters are used? It should be noted that ESU Boba Fett would blitz all of them if speed isn't equalized. John's best equipment comes from outside help, which Standard Battle Assumptions typically has that stuff restricted. The OP better specify more details.
