Sadly this match just can't happen. In terms of AP, Pariah is only a bit above baseline 6-B. Meanwhile, Aizen casually scales above Espada who have this feat, so I'm pretty sure Aizen runs him over.

This doesn't include the fact that Pariah has no defense against Aizen's Kyouka Suigetsu, or his high ass level of intelligence. Then last but not least there is this thing called Reiatsu Crush which scales beyond Danny Phantom ghosts soul resistance as far as I know. Even if we do the "since they are ghosts/souls, their resistance to soul based attacks would be their durability", Aizen still bodies do to superior Attack Potency, Intelligence, Kyouka Suigetsu, and so on.
