Not even sure; I'd wait for the actual supporters to come by and pick this up than someone who's curious due to Toji's interesting (and potent I think?) AnPr. From a glance of his profile, yea he's not going to make it out alive at all. Not even a single wincon for him. A stomp.

Perhaps OP thought Hypersonic+ can't be used due to the possibly rating. It can either be restricted because that will make them both Supersonic+ (though Ubel would still be faster) or speed can be equalized.

Ah I was blind.While Toji scales above Mach 2.8, Ubel is comfortably in M3 and I don't know how far he'd upscale. Even he doesn't have the speed advantage.

I thought the difference in speed has to be much higher for blitz. I can equalized the speed but I want to see what others have to say before I do that.

Ubel's Hypersonic+ is Mach 11.75. That's a 4.1x speed difference. In practice, it means she can take 4 steps before Toji can even fully take 1.

I meant say Ubel uses this against like some random power Ranger in their ranger forms, would it still work since they don't show their hair or something?

It just means that you need to have the target's entire body within your line of sight to restrain them so if even a tiny bit of them is out of your sight then it wouldn't work. Look at the scan. It didn't work against a girl who had a lot of hair that was spread out everywhere. It ain't that deep.

So yeah. The best way to counter it is to just be as big and as close to Ubel as possible so that she wouldn't be able to fully capture your body.
