I can't remember, can Sora resist Mind Manipulation? If not he likely get mind controlled either by making eye contact or getting hit with Guilty Claw.

Well I say Inconclusive or Sora wins here. Both basically resist each other's chances of an instant kill with NeoDevimon resisting most if not all of Sora's insta-win moves. However, I believe Sora has light/holy skills that deal a crap ton of damage to Devil Digimon like NeoDevimon, however, Devimon has Life Force Absorption to counter it.
