I found Generations Sonic to be Immesurable even in his Base Form. And even if it is for one time, it will have 6D Damage transfer like every other key. Would Mario win by AP difference or could Sonic save with Speed + Haxes?

He is only immeasurable when he accelerates through erased time, he is not that speed by default.

But he still blitzes Mario regardless, as he is far above 7.9x baseline Infinite Speed in that key (not counting amps or reactions)

Sonic upscales from Infinite speed at this point. I'd have to check how much he upscales, but Sonic definitely still has a hefty (if not outright blitz worthy) speed advantage in Generations, and he outright blitzes with his amps regardless
