Dimensional stoage and Fourth wall awarness is going to be an issue for Ben to deal with plus this Sonic seems to have resistance to mind manip (Don't know it's good enough to resist Ghostfreak) Ben does have versatility advantange, Sonic via genius Intelligence is stated (Can create machines in a few seconds) since Jury rigg isn't avaialble for Ben I don't see Grey Matter building something that quickly against a speedester like Sonic, I'd vote for Sonic.

Master control apparently makes ben nigh unkillable. The only way you can bypass it is if you blitz the omnitrix I think.

It doesn’t, it just means he can swap between his transformations with a thought without his usual time limit

Fail save saves him if he's about to die by turning him into the alien that will survive the attack, if he dies anyway then the alien who died would be removed, but since the omnitrix is connected to the codon stream, that alien would just immediately regenerate, that meand the only way to kill ben would be to blitz the omnitrix.

Failsafe is a thing without MC. But I’d say only for Teen Ben. The regen thing applies to all Omnitrices though, maybe even without removing the alien from the active playlist. But due to MC this is a non-issue since Ben can access every alien in the codon stream then.

Edit2: since the Ultimatrix saved him when he killed himself in base, even blitzing the Omnitrix to kill Ben might not work.

How did the ultimatrix save him? Even if he killed himself in base then the trix would just save him, did the trix get blitzed in that specific scene?

Well it’s implied in the episode that Ben died and only came back to life after Azmuth fixed the watch.
