IIRC X and Zero are Billions C while Sonic & Shads are in the thousands

Edit: *Millions, but yeah X and Zero blitz without speed equalization

Tbf tho, that doesn't really matter. Sonic and Shadow both have AD that can overcome speed differences infinitely larger than that like instantly. I.e. Classic Sonic going from FTL to Infinite speed in Forces (or Generations if you want to count that too). Kinda just happened from being in the presence of far stronger/faster people. You could even use a far weaker Sonic key (ap-wise), and they'd also overcome that difference too pretty much instantly. Tho I don't think it matters much tbh.

Sonic can, Shadow's AD doesn't have evidence of being that high

Well even if not that high, in every encounter/appearance with Sonic, he is typically relative, even if inferior. And getting to that level doesn't seem to take any significant amount of time. I imagine he'd be fine regardless. This is a matter of a speed different only a few orders of magnitude off, whereas Sonic overcame an infinite speed difference (As did Shadow offscreen). So I don't think he needs to be on Sonic's level to be safe.

Sonic and Shadow have a nigh 6x AP advantage. Sonic and Shadow are more skilled going off of profiles, they're smaller, infinitely more agile, and have speed-blitz speed amps. Sonic home-attacks either one of them and cuts them clean in half. Shadow can just stop or slow time and beat them until they explode.

I would say Sonic and Shadow win low-diff, but I want to hear what the opposition has to offer to mitigate just these surface level advantages Sonic and Shadow have. Cuz from the looks of it, both Androids will be reduced to scrap mere seconds into the battle.

Tbf, X & Zero have ways to amp their stats to lessen the gap and some durability negating powers

What significant stat amps do they have? It could be useful. But if they aren't really big, I don't think it'll make any difference at all. Nor do I think the durability neg will be useful unless it's very haxy. Because I doubt they'll get the chance to even use it otherwise. I see them getting blitzed and ripped to shreads

Armors that would stomp their base forms several times over for example
I was hoping for a more quantifiable difference. I'm not sure if that'd help a lot with the difference in AP. Especially with Sonic and Shadow's AD having them grow as the fight goes on.
Notably X and Zero do have absolute zero and layered timestop.
So that could be a good wincon
That could be useful. Not sure if they'd be able to pull it off before being dismantled tho. Especially with how many options they have.
