If Saint Seiya flying through billions of galaxies was real Goku still win because of better combat speed and attack potency. I think Saint Seiya is overhyped.

we see them actually pull some of those feats in ss. Cell on the other hand as ba as he is pretty much the kind of guy that says that.(though i do believe it wasnt hyperbole) Also, going back to wether or not DBZ feats are more solid than SS, remember that we hadn't had much feats til super ep 12 and before that the best calced feats would be in the freiza saga with some little feats in the buu and cell sagas.

1. Phoenix Cloth: Depend, Goku only have one shot for everyone of his technique because "The same trick doesn't work twice on a saint." Dont even forget that he can resurrect and come back stronger than ever.

2. Leo Cloth: This not even fair because this Ikki have awakened the 8th sense which give him more power then the 7th sense, and he can

4. The Omega Ikki: it can go either way and you have to remember that a level of cosmos is what determine a person durability and we have seen alot of character that tank alot of powerful attack WITHOUT their cloth.

Here is some of Ikki feat:

Silver saint arc:

He literally break through Hyoga cloth with a single punch while clothless.

He KO a group of Black saint that are higher then your everyday Bronze saint without his cloth and using only ONE SINGLE attack. Also destroy their cloth and focus on the ENTIRE group alone.

Sanctuary feats:

Ikki disrupted Gemini saga another dimension while sleeping alone

Ikki got hit by Shaka rikudou rinne but get up later and attack Shaka so fast that even he couldnt react while his soul was seperate...he return.

Ikki match Saga mind attack with his own. Remember that Saga attack Aiolia so FAST that even he couldnt react. This prove that ikki have Massive faster then light speed.

Ikki in Hades is already OP. The fact that he can resurrect, go faster than Lightspeed already in the 2nd arc, cannot be hit by the same technique, atomic destruction, and also mind and soul destroying attack makes beyond a formidable foe or should I say a Godlike foe. 0.0
