I mean, eh? This could be better? Like you basically crippled Goku in this fight. Goku's speed is gone, and now arguably 70% of his abilities (Ki attacks) are completely gone while he apparently is supposed to have morals and be nice while his opponent can warp reality, change dimensions or something, BECOME UNTOUCHABLE? AND he's out for blood.

I mean, Goku has Universe ending punches, but seriously Goku is incredibly limited here.

I'm gonna hold off from voting or anything for now, because I'm not exactly sure how ending the universe is gonna affect Elder God Raiden?

Edit: Tl:dr, Raiden can potentially win but Goku still has AP and durability

I understand equalizing speed, but why is Raiden bloodlusted and Goku? Furthermore by taking away Goku's Ki attacks you are severely hindering him here.

because if goku was bloodlusted he'd 1 shot him with his punches and gokus MFTL+ ki attacks would one shot him

Well him being MFTL wouldn't matter if speed is equalized, but I still don't think taking his Ki attacks away is very fair.
