That's also a good idea. Certain characters need minor speed (non-top tier Marine heroes) and AP (Shadowsun, probably) downgrades.

At least three times happen in the Damocles Anthology novel. The two even develop a rivalry, and a mutual admiration for one another throughout the book. As they see each other as equals.
