Some Question to Yu-gi Oh Duelist profile?

I checked every duelist profile of Yugioh page, then I have some question

Why some profile has only their civilian Ap without using their deck or monster (Most of duelist at Anime counterpart) , while some profile has the Monster tier in the key (Yugi Muto, Yuya Sakaki (Manga)) and

Why the most profiles don't have their deck ability which they usually use the deck in the fight?

They are supposed to have their deck yes, that was actually agreed on some time ago but never fully applied

The reason I think is so hard. Most character use many cards in their deck per each seasons and so difficult to describe how that card effect works in the real fight against other verse

but if has more attempt with it, it can be like other card game verse

Then seem like someone or I will make CRT to re create the old duelist profile back soon.....

and I already have the new duelist profile in my blog which has the deck ability but still has a lack of the feat and lot of guesswork. I will change the guesswork to Unknow first if I will publish it in the real page

and because of this https://vsbattles.com/vsbattles/2260001 make most of duelist profile's deck power be removed? If that CRT confirmed the card is just the card then all of Card Game Verse which has the feat in the fight is useless and make all human's profile become between Tier 10 to 9....
