• In case after I had scaled a verse on the forum and want to make a profile on the fandom wiki, where can I ask for permission then?

General discussion is for people to gathar and discuss about a common topic.
While if you want something to get accepted you need to create a crt in content revision.

1: You can evaluate the character or the verse on your own or start a discussion thread in the General Discussion section to gather feedback and opinions from other members.

• In case after I had scaled a verse on the forum and want to make a profile on the fandom wiki, where can I ask for permission then?

2: If the character you're proposing belongs to Tier 2-A or higher, you must create a Content Revision Thread to get the profile approved by our admins. Once approved, you're free to add the character's profile to our wiki.
