Some minor fixes for Godzilla (IDW Comics)

So Godzilla's profile notes he has attacks that are noticeably stronger than his typical physical attacks and regular Atomic Breath, like the Super Atomic Heat Ray which one-shot Destoroyah who can no-sell his regular attacks and Atomic Breath. The same can be said for the Ruler Red Nuclear Pulse which obliterated Magita even after she survived his Ruler Spiral Heat Ray which is already more powerful than his regular Atomic Breath.

TL;DR Godzilla should get "Higher with insert techniques here" ratings for his last two keys.
