Some Minor Additions for PGR

Hello everyone, this CRT's pretty minor just gonna be adding or modifying some things

• The Red Tide will have low-mid regen negation as it was able to stop Vonnegut from regenerating his wounds
• Ascendants and special Transcendants like Noan will have presence concealment for being able to control and hide their Punishing concentration so that even if they are checked by Babylonia's top level military grade equipment they can still avoid detection
• Lucia Pyroath's flames will upscale in heat value from the light wall, as despite Cradle being completely resistant to the heat of the light wall she can be damaged by Lucia's flames
• Moon Eater and Lloyd should have their keys removed (there's really no reason for having them, I prematurely added them when there is no purpose for it) since Lloyd is the only one with an ability it'll just be moved
• CC should have text erasure, again, another ability I somehow overlooked even though it's explicitly stated to have this
• CC's corruption is capable of spreading based on electromagnetic transmission, so this will be added to the page
• Crystal manip will be added to standards effects, as crystallization is an extremely standard effect of high concentrations of Punishing (it's even stated in the transmutation justification so it'll just be added right next to it)
• The Red Tide's deconstruction will be upgraded to quantum and receive the ability to effect souls as its stated to dissolve all matter and spirit which would naturally include zero point energy which it already has the ability to absorb (meaning it would have to deconstruct it anyways)
• The Red Tide should have life detection as that's how it autonomously searches for things to absorb and deconstruct (yeah this is the mutated Red Tide but its ability to detect life shouldn't be any different)

These, to me they seem to be talking about the contaminating memetic contained within gestalt, not CC from Vonnegut's world.

Oh, you mean that? They're the exact same thing, CC from Dominik's/Vonnegut's civ is what we have. They're the ones who brought it into the main universe to begin with, Ishmael mentions this in chapter 33
