According to this thread made by Wokistan crushing a human skull isn't Wall level anymore.

My suggested remedy is to rank people who have this feat at a vaguely superhuman level. This would cause it to default to 9-C. We have too many files scaled off this feat for me to know them all, after all.
But I decided to do the right thing and ask permission first, I wanna note that.
So I propose to downgrade Miki Naoki from tier 9-B to tier 9-C, which is the new accepted tier for this kind of feat and anyone who scales from her.
Also I wanna permission in order to add references to the Gakkou Gurashi profiles too.
As you can notice the downgrade is not a big one and the references list I'm planning to add will improve the profiles.
