Hey there. So, Large Size Type 4 is a bit of an issue on its own. Currently, this is the definition of Type-4 Large Size.:
"Type 4 (Global): Characters so huge that it would be easily viewable from the surface of the planet when viewed from space. These characters are usually able to generate global catastrophes and high-end natural disasters. Characters here have a size that is millions of km┬▓."
Problem is there's next to no clarification as to what this means. Let's look at Trinidad and Tobago since they'll be the most important. The ISS is at least 403 kilometers away from the Earth's surface. Trinidad is 4748 km┬▓ while Tobago is 300 km┬▓. Trinidad seems to fill a square of 100 km by 80 km while Tobago is 40 km long going diagonally and has a width of nearly 12 km. From the ISS, Trinidad would be very visible from the ISS while Tobago is significantly more visible from the ISS than the moon would be from the Earth's surface.
Now, if we were to stand on a GPS satellite, I dunno why you'd want to, then the orbital distance is significantly further away at 12600 km. Tobago would barely if at all visible anymore, and Trinidad can still be seen. However, Dominica, which had the countries of Haiti and the Dominican Republic in it, has an area of 76,192 km┬▓, with a length of 640 km and a width of 248 km, with its tail being 33 km wide. And guess what? Nearly the entirety of Hispaniola can be viewed from a GPS satellite.
According to the wiki's current definition of Type 4 Large Size, you'd have to jump from being as tall as a small-sized mountain to being the size of flippin' Colombia or, if you're in the shape of a person, Greenland. Where the heck is ma boi Zunisha going to fit in there? I mean Zunisha is significantly larger than Tobago (and thus should be visible from the ISS); heck, he can probably eat the entirety of Tobago if he wanted to, although I'm pretty certain a 550-meter tall rock would cause indigestion.
Ideally what should be done is adding a new tier or two to the Large Size category. Might have to leave that up to you people, but I'm thinking 10 km and 100 km (nothing too crazy since we start considering things as planetary at around 4880 km, the diameter of Mercury) would suffice? Maybe something more spread-out? I dunno.
But yeah, the definition is currently quite a confusing mess, I mean once you get to Zunisha's size, you're much larger than a baseline mountain (heck, Mt. Everest, which is 8.8 km tall, is baseline for Island Level).
