I assume this would apply to Yhwach in his base if it applies to Yamamoto and Ichibei

This does apply to Base Yhwach but I'm not sure if I can apply this to Yamamoto, he got oneshotted by Yhwach and everyone has gotten stronger due to plot requirements. I cannot conclusively say he should scale to the likes of Gerard or Bankai Kenpachi.

I think his current rating is probably fine

Hmm,I see no reason to treat Bleach differently to any other series. If you are significantly stronger than someone with a calc'd feat, like Kenpachi whos pretty close to being Country level anyway, they can get a tier up.
And to force it to wait until the end of the series (whenever that is, it won't be this year) and until then we allow inconsistencies which are really just simple logical fixes,on the pages for no other reason? It's not like the tiers here i'm suggesting are wrong.

So yeah, sorry, can't see the point in that.

True that, we have been really unfair to Bleach in that regard.

What Aizen said is a really good point. Being unfair to one series while being...fair to another is really something one should not do. Makes somebody look biased if anything, really.

Anyways since Aizen has made the appropriate changes, should this be closed then?
