SoL Spider-Man?

Here are my reasons for Spider-Man being SoL.

So Spider-Man is SoL?

First you will need to get the dodging feat calculated, just because he dodged a SoL attack doesn't mean he's SoL.

Cyclops himself is not nearly that fast. Spider-Man was likely aim-dodging with help from his spider-sense.
