-Considering that without God and Anime, he's probably just a human being, I would gave him 9-C, wecan clearly see that he's in perfect shape and condition, not to mention his agility...
-With the power of God (noted he never stated THE God, he never meant the Omnipresent being that created our universe, but rather a smaller, and less powerful god in divine hierarchy) I'll go with At Least High 4-C, due to majority of the gods on this wiki being on this level or higher.
-With the power of Anime his abilities to shatter Berserk fans emotions by releasing it in crappy CGI, and capability of summoning his own army of Otakus, that will do anything that he pleases just for him to release new JoJo season, makes him tough opponent... At least 3-A
Now if you combine both the power of anime and God... you will get really powerful opponent with to high tier to measure, but he for sure would be Low 2-B.
