Ok, I am fine if the eternalsm besides Tenebris, get Unknown, at most High 6-A.

The Shadow Demons being and Shadow being at Unknown, at most Low 7-C scaling from Hermit's feat work for me.

If Titan's tier have many issues, I am fine with Titan's tier and Shadow's first tier being Unknown, at least Low 7-C, likely higher.

Predating time does not automatically mean being able to freely attack backwards and forwards in time, so immeasurable speed does not seem acceptable.

Except for that, Elizhaa's evaluations are probably fine.

Great. Thank you both for giving further imput on this thread.

The only character left that needs a tier change is Chief (Shadow Fight). Since his "controlling the entire landmass of the Shadow Island" is considered not valid enough for a 6-C rating, I say he gets the Unknown, possibly High 8-C tier (same as Xiang Tzu's and Gizmo).
