So I noticed that we have pages for him from the cartoon and movie, but not from the comics proper. perhaps it's because he's so hard to rank or whatever, but luckily I discovered this masterpiece of a vid which pretty much says EVERYTHING needed for Ultron's Tier. should we use this vid for a basis for his rank?
