Snatcher lacking the concept of death

Nothing is really needed to be said about it, it's just that him as a spirit and ghost, he doesn't sustain any qualities of living or death in of itself. But, of course, he still is vulnarable to more prominent hax such as Existence Erasure.
 
Just being already dead isn't enough to "lacking the concept of death" itself if I remember correctly. Fate's characters are an example of this.
