Snail Calc Question

So I get that if you can walk normally while bullets appear frozen, you can multiply the speed of the bullets by the difference between snail and human speed to get a lowballed speed calc

However, how do you get a timeframe?

Like if an object starts to fall, then someone slices 30x before the object moves an inch

Is there a way to calc that?

I don't know how to get the speed of something that's falling for less than a second

I guess this question is more about getting a timeframe from falling objects that barely move than the snail thing
