I feel with inconsistent Toon Force verses like Smiling Friends, we cant really use the same chain scaling as other verses with an actual narrative.

As soon as this season ends, we should probably create the CRT. I still have one calc left without evaluation, but it's also just a calc that supports the Subsonic Smiling Friends, which was done prior to the Subsonic+ feat.
