Here is the sandbox (Not much has changed from its page)

First change is his Lifting Strength which should be upgraded to At least Athletic Human from being able to do 50 pullups in a row for these reasons:
  1. Adding his weight, age and his rep count to this calculator, it claims that he can lift 200 kg as his rep max
  2. This is just his mourning routine and stops at 50 reps just to maintain his physique, meaning he can probably do more
  3. He can do this while he sits in his car for 12-14 hours a day working as a Taxi Driver 6-7 days per week (Notes himself that he sits around too much)
  4. This is at the beginning of his workout, meaning by the end of the film he is probably stronger
  5. Experienced calisthenic bodybuilders can barely do 30 pullups
Second change is his durability that could be upgraded to Street level from being able to survive gunshots in vital areas such as neck or less vital such as his arm, though this is a maybe

Third and last change, is that he should obviously have Peak Human Physical Characteristics because of his stamina but also possibly Street level durability, and "Possibly Martial Arts" should be changed just to "Martial Arts" because he is a Marine soldier who shows to be trained in probably karate

So this is pretty much it

Just Athletic Human is fine. No "at least" necessary.

Normal people can survive gunshots variably. It's a small AoE and people have even survived being shot in the head, it literally just depends on where it hits in a highly specific medical context. Nothing indicates he is 9-C.

I think Peak human stamina is pretty generous of an interpretation but it is what it is.

I'd leave Martial Arts as a possibly, he could just be trying to be Intimidating, that fits the modus operandi of the character. He doesn't actually do any martial arts, he just sorta stances up- even a child could do the same. He obviously is more likely to know a genuine martial arts but without it being shown, even just as practice, I'm hesitant to say it is the case for sure.

I mean Travis managed to endure being shot in the neck and up-close in the arm, not saying its 9-C just from these two feats (Even I at first had doubts) but its definitely impressive and I wouldn't see why Peak Human stamina wouldn't apply to him. I should also mention that the head is a solid bone while the neck is much more exposed, but anyway at this point these two feats would just be 10-A at best

Yeah I guess that makes sense

People have survived being shot in the neck, too- it doesn't require, fundamentally, peak human stamina (that just helps). Worth noting that his survival is more likely tied to him getting medical care in relative short order. Still, it's contentious enough that I'll allow it without much griping.
