Not a stat change of any kind, but an ability add: Consume Essence more commonly known as "Feed on the Dark Side" (Although Consume Essence is the term we should use, it sounds more professional.)
Consume Essence is the technique that Lord Scourge used in the Revan Novels that allowed himself to "Gorge himself" on "negative emotions" to further amplify his power.
Other notable users should be: Abeloth, Sidious, Vader, Maul, some of the other Sith Lords, although that is debatable which has it and which doesn't.
Long story short: The more negative emotions you have (Rage, Despair, Hate, etc), the stronger the opposing Sith would become.
