So we start with fire dew.
Fire dew is the fundamental principle of order, and the order of silver sea it self. So because order is concept and law, fire dew should also concept and law but in deeper level, because it is fundamental of order. More proof fire dew is concept, fire dew is equivalent to the term of root/source that is the concept of any living thing, that what makes up the living thing.
Fire dew is also the very power of the world, the fundamental of the world it self, it flows can effect the entire world, and if it gone the world will gone

Fire dew is flows from shallow layer world to the deep, it makes every inhabitants in deeper layer is stronger than shallow layer even can destroy the world in shallow layer easily. The deeper layer can rob fire dew from shallow layer. Inhabitants of shallow layer is deprived of everything by the inhabitants of deeper layer, even their life (fire dew) is easily taken

Inhabitants of deeper layer is stronger than the lord god in shallow layer, the lord god it self can control the fire dew of his world and make the world it self as the pawn in the shogi

Summary:
Inhabitants of deeper layer would have conceptual manipulation type 1 and law manipulation because can control and rob fire dew from shallow layer, and even can overpowered their lord god

At the very least deeper layers inhabitants will have resistance to CM type 1 from Shallow layer bubbles so yeah fire dew should be considered as CM type 1 and law manipulation.

Why it is limited? Also why it is useless outside the verse if the character gets CM type 1 and law manipulation resistance?.

Creator, DESTRUCTION god and HFG are accepted as CM type 1 and law manipulation. For deeper layers shallow layer CM type 1 and law manipulation means technically nothing

Hm. Anyone from layer 1 and above gets Resistance to CM type 1 and law manipulation but yeah for now not sure what to do with this. Don't have any profiles .

I agree.I just think you could use this thread a lot more. gather some more information and with that, also raise the level of the inhabitants of deep layers to at least 2-B
