I think Telekinesis should not count, in my eyes it's effectively like adding restraining someone with sheer force from moving.

Currently this has a note saying that vapors count, I think the note should further clarify that it's non-water vapors, and also that clouds do not count. Both of those instead should fall under Water Manipulation.

I have no idea how I'd scout that out, so unless someone had bot magic to show us, it'll just be "If you notice it, remove it."
