Basically, Death is a being that embodiment decay and frees the soul of all living things in the universe/multiverse, it can even manipulate space-time and reality. Only immortal beings can be immune to Death's abilities, which means they are capable of resisting Space-Time Manipulation, Reality Warping, Corrosion Inducement as well as Soul Manipulation, instead of being resistant to Death Manipulation.
