Leopard Seals are bigger than other seals like the California Sea Lion, my understanding of sacling is that, this means it should be stronger than the CSL. so Leopard Seals should be 10-A to 9-C

Forgot to add this, but if I'm correct it should also get Extended Melee Range by sheer size
