So, not so long ago i made a calculation that doesn't really change the oni's speed, but it adds a justified value to it. This calculation would basically give him a speed of 25.69 m/s [https://vsbattles.fandom.com/wiki/User_blog:El_rapero_de_tf2/The_Oni_vroom_vroom#Final_Tally]

Also, his Shapeshifting ability should be removed:
Not only there's a lack of scans for these ability (and almost all of his abilities for that matter), but the times he could have "shapeshifted" have proven to be just Mika, Takeshi and Takuro who, after being killed, acquire the oni's apperance.

The calculation needs CGM approval. As for the Shapeshifting, the scan you linked literally has Oni Mika disguising herself in her human form after seemingly being killed by the Oni to catch Hiroshi off guard. Takuro later on after being turned took his human form to trick Hiroshi as well. The original main Oni hasn't showcased this ability specifically but if those infected by him can do it then he likely can as well.
