Small Akira upgrade

For Akira(character), he should get limited fear manipulation, as well as possible madness manipulation.

This is because during volume 4, when Tetsuo tries to read akiras mind, even though he himself is a psychic, he is left in a state of shock and fear for what can assumed to be hours. It’s only limited because it’s when people try to peer into his mind.

we can also say it’s possible that he has madness manipulation because if he can leave an extremely(relative to all the others)powerful psycic like that than what could he do to normal people?
