Slight Pokemon Hax Addition

Hey there! Its your boi Professor Kukui bein as active as everyone else! While I was out researching some new Pokemon moves, I came across something I just remembered about Pokemon that I was just dyin to tell you all about! xD

Nah JK. It's just me tryin to be funny (with Kukui xD). But in all seriousness here I do feel the need to bring this up as I've been curious about this for a few days now.

Now Im not sure at all if this is just Game Mechanics or a legit consistent ability, but shouldnt all Pokemon (yes even ones among the bottom of the pokechain such as Ratatta and Spearow), have summoning and resistance to transmutation among their hax? And the reasons for this goes as followed-

  • Summoning
Reason- As of the current games Sun and Moon, Pokemon (at least Alolan ones) are capable of summoning allies to help support them during battle. And this tactic can even be used many times over in a row. So would this suggest that Pokemon have a kind of summoning ability with them to help them out in a pinch?

  • Resistance to Transmutation
Reason- Well as you know, all Pokemon are capable of escaping Poke balls, some to the extremenest of ease. And sometimes they dont even need to try to escape if its a pokemon whose been caught by someone else. Example? When Pikachu was fighting Dawn and her Piplup and when Dawn tried catching him with a Poke Ball it failed. And if im not mistaken, when a Pokemon is captured by a poke-ball they are turned into a form of energy that is stablized inside the ball, such as when the Ball is thrown and a huge light comes out of it. And the same principle works when they are captured/returned to the ball by becoming a reddish light. Since they can still continue to live and turn themselves back into their original forms after being turned into these light forms, wouldnt that suggest they can survive becoming "energy"?

I'd like some input for this if possible please as I have been very curious about this development for a few days now and would like to see if it's legit or not.

For the former, nah. Summoning is more like teleporting someone or something from who-knows-where to aid you in your current battle. Pokemon call for help and a local Pokemon may join their side. It's more of an application of the location they're in, not an innate ability they have.

For the ladder...I genuinely don't know. Maybe low level resistance could be in order? I say low level because stuff like Masterball overrides that so it can't be that strong of a resistance.
