Master Swordswoman vs the Symbol of "Fear"
(We know that's supposed to be Surtalogi's title, smh!!!)

So, Skirk traveled to this particular place called Earth that can sustain her existence other than Teyvat. There, she met this kid named Shigaraki who proclaimed he's the symbol of fear so she decided to challenge him to test if he's equal to her master (Surtalogi) or he was lying.

If this is a fight of Auras then I vote inconclusive

If Skirk does not have said aura and does not want to create it, then I would vote for Shigaraki

Okay well if Shigaraki doesn't get passive L'd then this is a massive issue for her even aside from his fear hax.

I'd add on his reactive evolution to this. After taking enough damage, his body naturally took on a defensive form that tanked all of Deku's blows, including a quintuple smash. And that was while he was quirkless, he has other strength-enhancing quirks + regeneration + plus crazy analytical prediction and timing capable of predicting people who are blitzing him, and weakness detection with search. Can't say I'm familiar with Skirk, but from what I see on her profile, her possible AP advantage is the only thing on her side.

Shigaraki has analytical prediction, speed amps (if they're allowed) and a one-tap ability. How does experience or IQ stop her from getting touched once? You'll have to elaborate on Tartaglia's abilities.

Elemental Intangibility prevents all that by the way which stems from Tartaglia's abilities and the basic + fundamental manipulation of the elements. That's more than enough

Decay stuff is basically the same thing as abyssal energy, so if you wanna bring that out as the argument then you should also be prepared how would Shigaraki resist abyssal energy in the first place

I don't know how abyssal energy works. If it's standard fear inducement or soul damage bs then Shigaraki resists. But you haven't explained how "Elemental Intangibility" prevents that. Decay doesn't seem to fall under any of the basic or fundamental manipulations you listed. Decay falls under Deconstruction and it can even effect the soul. And the elemental deconstruction in your link doesn't seem to apply to it.

I don't care much for the match-up, but wouldn't Skirk's 5-B telekinesis just crush Shigiraki to death?

I mean even without the LS, it's Planet level AP. Wouldn't a single TK push just instantly crush Shigaraki into red paste? Gap is absolutely massive. But yeah, someone should calc a LS feat for them.

I always wondered who the **** can fight them if Genshin cast with that can just instantly passive hax their opponent to death with metric tons of hax like with Honkai
