Depends on who kills first. Since sound dosn't pass through water as well, Slender can't just end the fight by wispering. But, due to passive probability hax Megalodon is more likely to make a mistake, allowing Slendy to kill him. And then he turns into the Megalodon. (Of course he could eat the Megalodon's soul since we don't know the required timeframe for the transformation). Basically incon because these two are just so darn mysterious.
