I'm inclined to say Skarbrand stomps. Skarbrand has a massive AP advantage first off; He's vastly superior to a Daemon who broke Sanguinius' legs, and Sanguinius beat Madail the Undivided who has a 3.5 GigaFoe feat. His Regenerationn is better (Low-Godly vs Mid-High) and is far more skilled and experienced than Banner.

Wait, you mean that Skarbrand might be stronger than Sanguinius? Sanguinius is one of the strongest Primarchs isn't he? I think I vastly under-estimated Skarbrand here indeed XD
