Trevor has stated that Siren Head comes from the void and it possibly compares to the other monsters.



Siren Head possibly has a true form called as "Patron Saint" who are beings that are capable of fighting and interacting with each other, and his true form possibly exists in the same way as Long Horse's.


Siren Head just having a 9-B tier is highly iffy. (i'm not saying i want the tier to be changed btw a key for Siren Head would be good.)

I think "Patron Saint" was just a funny wat Trevor chose to refere to siren head there, sinse the complet name would be "Patron Saint of going missing without a trace"
