Surfer is said to have better Mind Hax because of his witshstanding Mind hax from Moondragon with the Mind Stone (Which should be above Xavier who has mind haxed a higher dimensional being allegedly)

Mindhaxing a higher-dimensional being is definitely not within Xavier's normal limits.

Except then you consider that SS has Precog and way more options to apporach this fight while resisting most of MM's hax. The one bit of hax that MM has that would really do something (sub-atomic Martian Vision) doesn't even matter because Surfer doesn't need a body to survive and continue to fight.

SS is more likely to bring down MM than the reverse.
