It seems like we are currently waiting for Firestorm808, who is almost always very reliable.
 
Ok, I think a lot of this is fine, so I'll point out what I take issue with:

Power Modification: I mean this can solely due to the fact that Surfer can manipulate energy. So, it's iffy to me. Is he modifying Wonder Man's powers so much as just messing with the stability of them due to his control over energy.

Fusionism: No. Neither example qualifies to me. With Quasar and Ronan, that's just them using the abilities in tandem to achieve the effect. It's not actual fusion. Same for the Earth, Surfer dispersed his energies through the planet to fix it. He didn't actually fuse with it.

Fire/Radiation/Light Absorbing: Surfer has always been capable of absorbing various energies, so while these are nice examples, their nothing new.

Petrification: Surfer didn't actually petrify Carnage, he encased him within a shell of etheral energy.

Accelerated Development: I don't really see how? He had a decade on Earth and is Cosmically Aware. He had the means to gain any information he wanted instantly and the time.

Bestowing Resistance to Disease: It's more likely Disease Manipulation or Healing. It just feels like a stretch.

Possibly Existence Erasure: We have no idea what he did there, plus Surfer has so many abilities that could get rid of the guy, I don't feel comfortable labeling it.

Ice Manipulation: More like Thermal Manipulation. Doom dropped the temperature around Torch.

Durability Negation: No, neither example had anything to do with that.

Supernatural Willpower: None of these example seem to fit. The first is just Mephisto being offended. The second is Mephisto trying to mentally dominate Surfer, who resists and the final one is just Surfer being more determined. The last one is debatable, I'll admit.

Resistance to Weather Effects & Vibrations: Considering Surfer's durability level, should these even be mentioned?

Resistance to Sound: That's...not Surfer in that link.

Resistance to Fire Manipulation: Why should he get a resistance? Firelord's 4-B and so is Surfer. He just tanked the first blast and deflected/absorbed the other fireblasts.

Resistance to Fusionism: That's not Fusionism, that's Absorption.

1. I think he's modifying his power because 'Modulate'=Exert a modifying or controlling influence on. On that panel, he's saying "my space-spawned power can modulate the ionic energy that powers you-- throw it out of phase--"

14. At first I think It was a resistance to absorption but if you look at the second link, the more that monster absorbs people, the bigger and stronger it gets.
 
Technically yes, but we treat similar things like goku leaving cell in another dimension like BFR so I don't know if it counts or not
 
The BFR page claims one can toss someone into space and that counts, but nobody has that. It's weird.
 
I am fine with C2's evaluations. What he has accepted can probably be applied, but not what he rejected.
