Sidney Poindexter vs Ember McLain

Ember takes this pretty handedly.

In terms of overall power that aren't to different and unless there are people Ember can mind control to start chanting her name, she isn't going to get a boost. However, unlike Sidney, Ember is capable in hand to hand combat while Sidney has no skill whatsoever, and she has lifting strength scaling so she can manhandle him with ease.
Tie in her higher skill with abilities like her teleportion and barrier that even Danny couldn't break out of, she can catch and contain him without issue. Disney's only chance is if Ember starts bullying him and he gets a massive boost and beats her down and lands a Possession but even then it might not be enough and she can teleport so escape is easy.
All and all, Ember is superior so she should win.
