There statistics are about even so he isn't stomping her right off the bat. Fenton Thermos can seal him, Fenton Peeler will cause him extreme pain since it will peel him on an atomic level and weaken him, and Fenton Bazooka can send him to the Ghost Zone just by shooting it near him. Danny wouldn't use something like a Ghostly Wail and he's overconfident to a decree which could get him in a bind especially against Jazz who is smarter and knows him well and his abilities. This is not to say Danny is at a loss, he can incapacitate her with an ice ray or landing a possession while invisible.

So both have win conditions and chances to land them.

I understand that, but Danny is super used to being shot at by those same ecto weapons and has combat experience. He's fast enough to dodge and blast back with ecto/ice. If he turns invisible there's not much she can do, and possess is basically gg. Not sure if Danny can split himself into clones with this key.

Being use to being shot at doesn't mean he won't get shot. Even with his experience, he's still been tagged because of his overconfidence and due to not paying close attention. Jazz is also fast enough to dodge ecto/ice blasts as well. Invisibility and Possession is GG but so is a single hit from Gaza's weapons. Danny is able to duplicate himself but the clones aren't as powerful as the original so at most they can used as a distraction, however, Danny doesn't do that much in character so it's not likely going to come into play.

Nope. This was only done once in the episode Secret Weapons but they were fake fighting.

That's a possibility, he does have more Stamina but he'll half to keep moving as well to not get tagged.
