Problem is, Mechikabura is just gonna keep passively absorbing Time until he does devour Xenoblade's entire scope of Multiverse. Mechikabura was threatening to do the same with the entire DBH Multiverse, so he definitely has the ability to do so.


So Alvis doesn't have the time to end it with a thought and has his own passive precog to allow him to know to do so? If so then this makes this a stomp as it is impossible for Shulk to pull off any wincons.

Not sure how passive precog would work when all relevant futures pertaining to Mechikabura is being... y'know... eaten by Mechikabura?

Sort of like how it's hard to read a book when someone ate said book. Alvis could still theoretically end it instantly with a thought, but they'd need to do it stupid fast.

Well Akreious even said it might actually take at least a little time to for absorption to work on him, which could allow Alvis to end the fight with a thought. It's a bad match up either way. It's is either a victory for Shulk or a stomp for Mechikabura.
