Shouldn't The Numidium be possibly High 1-A?

The Numidium should atleast scale to Vivec and Talos due to being comparable and not being able to be destroyed by them and should atleast scale to possibly High 1-A durability and possibly High 1-A AP due to world refusals. Seems to me this is just something that was overlooked like with Vivec a few months ago where he was 1-A+ but got corrected to High 1-A. If I'm wrong correct me please.

This is something that I also wonder as well. We're still waiting for changes to be implemented soon. Like Dovahkiin/Miraak/Alduin upgrade to High 1-B.
