Shouldn't Mogo be at least high 4-C?

Likely far higher? It says that he's one of the strongest GL's around. So why is he unknown?

Reminds me, theirs a calc Endless Mike did recently that puts Mogo at 4-A.

Interesting. Oh goodness, this would screw up scaling if it didn't happen to just be Mogo...

I am fine with placing Mogo as "At least High 4-C", via scaling from Kyle Rayner.

Possibly 4-B as well, if the calculation is correct.

Not related but anyone remember the animated movie Green Lantern: Emerald Knights? Mogo was a boss.

I have made the change. However, since Mogo is both, a planet, and his feat is luminosity, I didn't change lifting/striking strength.
