Being unbounded by time ins´t an Immeasurable Speed feat, it just means that you are out of linear chronology, not that you can freely travel through different points of it

"Transcending time and space" ins´t evidence for Immeasurable speed either, and, considering how it is applied on the profile, looks like a very similar case to the above sentence

Tbh, it looks he is using some type of space-time hax to travel through the time axis, not that he or his attacks can physically travel through time itself

Bill has this because he is direct stated to be able to travel through time even before he had any ability that allowed him to do so, what implies he could do that only via sheer speed

I´m the one who wrote a big part of Bill's new profile, and i even have some issues with his Immeasurable Speed rating

I didn't said that being unbounded by time is an Immeasurable Speed feat.
It is a supportive evidence for Immesurable speed, the same with transcending time and space.
