For those who are wondering, this is the guy who transcended the omniverse in Marvel (this wiki says transcended, while the Marvel wiki says entered, but I'll go with this one, because it seems more accurate). If that's the case, he should be in the tier 1, probably 1A. What do you guys think?

He went outside of Marvel's new definition of the "omniverse" (which is ridiculously less than what it used to be), and defeated what may have been an infinite being, but other than that we do not know anything about his precise capabilities, and even High 3-A beings are infinite, so no, there is definitely no griund for a 1-A rating yet.
