Should all Digimon have infinite speed?

Given how we treat the Dark Area Digimon, and how they all have infinite speed, and almost every Digimon and their mother could effortlessly beat things like DemiDevimon. And since we accept Digimon being able to hit nonexistence via being able to hit them, and the transitive property, maybe that's the case?

Would this not be an inconsistency? Considering the several ten thousand instances when this speed hasn't been displayed.

No. We scale this to Dark Area Digimon only similar to how Immeasurable Timemon is Timemon only. And any specific Digimon who scales. We can't just go and make every Digimon Infinite for this. So no, no one else scales to this.
